I have been using these for months and they really work. Follow the guide. Dont exceed the recomended dose. Dont take if you have not eaten. Also I recomend waiting to take untill at least an hour after eating or drinking. I find last meal at 3pm and taking the capsule at 4-5pm the best time. Make sure you drink plenty of water during the day. Only take every 3 days at most. The customer service was really helpfull. If you find the pills too strong, try the detox tea instead.
